Diffusing Anger Before It Explodes

Anger is the strong feeling of extreme rage.  We get angry when we are extremely when we are not satisfied with someone or something happening around. Some people suppress their anger whereas some can't and show it by not even caring where they are and in front of whom.Most of the people get angry. Some people's anger are for short time and get cool very soon. But the other kind of people's anger are long lasting and devastating as well. People who are very short tempered get explode into anger very often.
As anger brings out only bad out of a person and devastation, it is better to diffuse it before it explodes. It is better to control ourselves before we say or do something that we might regret in future. All we have to keep in mind is that anger keeps us away from everything and everyone we love the most. We must remind ourselves that we have to build the bond of friendship and understanding with everyone.
It is natural that we get angry at times, but it is a great thing to control ourselves and make our mind cool by taking a deep breath. Instead of being angry and spoiling our precious time, we should treasure every moment and feel proud that we turned that moment into a victory for peace.
Lastly, 'a minute of anger is 60 seconds of happiness lost' ; so, let's diffuse this anger thing and turn every moment into happiness and peace.
